As a longstanding partner with the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development, Spedient's efforts support the mission of the federal government, and specifically HUD's Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC), to provide American citizens with safe, affordable and quality housing. Using technology, combined with our highly skilled HUD-certified staff, we provide the federal government with data collected through the onsite analysis of federal government owned and insured real estate nationwide. 

 

In addition to HUD, Spedient has participated in recent pilot programs that involve the real estate portfolios of other partnering federal government agencies. In like manner, we have supplied those agencies with information based on our comprehensive assessment of their assets throughout the nation.
